About the course
This course was introduced in 2015. It is based on the work of the Harvard Graduate School of Education faculty members and the Harmony Education Centre.
Structured dialogue protocols are methods for facilitating highly structured professional discussions. They are used to focus thinking, build ownership through collaboration, promote equal participation, create a safe and respectful environment for discussing potentially sensitive issues, and drive thoughtful and informed decision-making.
Although designed to guide professional conversations, most can be adapted for use in middle and high school classrooms.
